Terms and Conditions

Faith Mystery Boxes reserves the right to refund 100% to any orders placed though our website ONLY if the following apply:

• The return in with 30 days of the original purchase. 
• The item being returned is unopened or unused.
• If the reason for return is the box was damaged or the wrong product was sent.

The Return process goes as follows: 

• Contact us about wanting to return your order and the reason for the return. I will contact you back within 3 business days.
• After initial contact of return, we will establish how you will receive your refund. (eg. a replacement item or money back) and how you will be sending the original order back. 
• After we establish all the above, through email, your replacement or refund will be sent to you after we have received the original order back. Usually 2-4 business days after receiving the original order.
